How To Create Polls On Twitter

Tweeting out a program related poll can increase engagement on that tweet and raise the amount of followers who click through. Plus, polls are fun for your readers!

Create your own poll on Twitter by first composing a blank tweet. Then, click on the Polls icon.

Next, add the details of your poll, starting with the poll question. Add as many response options as you'd like, then set the amount of time that you would like the poll open. When you have set everything as you like it, click tweet to post it to your Twitter feed (or use a scheduling service like Hootsuite to schedule the poll to be released in the future.)
